WHY SENATOR SCOTT,….WHY DID YOU REFUSE TO VOTE, AND ALLOW A MUSLIM A FEDERAL JUDGE-SHIP???Senator Tim Scott,…and Candidate for President……America needs to know why you refused to even vote when the nomination came-up for a MUSLIM Federal Judge???….We need to “Cut-the-Political-Bull”, when it comes to assignments such as this. The Muslim “Religion” is Not a Religion, as we practice in America.…It is a way of Life, and practiced as part of their Governmental oversight,…. and in TOTAL contradiction to that which we practice within the parameters of our Constitution and the Statutes born from within said Constitution.***It is very likely that some “Legal Decision(s)” she would have to consider, could be in contrast to her Beliefs as a Muslim, and could place her in violation of her Religion…..…..Therefore, it is quite possible she would make her decision(s) based on her beliefs (because of Fear & Allegiance),…and not on American Law!!……***Furthermore, our present “Elected-Idiots-have taken a Political Stance” as Cowards, and as Betrayers of our Constitution, as (they), have allowed others to take their Oath-of-Office with the Quran / Koran……***Outrageous, Disgusting, and a pure Violation of the beliefs of this Country….That was and is a True reflection of Cowardice from those who allege to be Americans!!!…(To America)—Wake-up Americans,….our way-of-Life and our decisions on how we conduct our Lives is not meant to please everyone,…so if someone doesn’t like it then….well then,….Leave, try another Country!!! We as a Americans need to STOP Apologizing, and be Proud of who we are!!!NOW-,…Back to you,…..Mr. Tim Scott, (Presidential Candidate), I have LOST any confidence in your potentiality, as a Candidate, as you Denied the Voice of your Constituents to be Heard!!…..And you Denied them to be Heard on a very Very serious Topic!!!……Americans have been Silenced too long, and we need to Take-Back our Government,…Denying our Voice is not the way!!Opinion / Comment from T. This email amends an article in Florida Family Association’s June 2023 newsletters. After having successfully fought against the United States Senate approval of anti-public safety Muslim activist Nusrat Choudhury in 2022 the senate voted 50-49 to approve her nomination on Thursday, June 15, 2023. Choudhury was confirmed, 50 to 49, to serve on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Every Republican voted no. Every Democrat, including the two independents who caucus with them, voted to confirm her, except for one: Joe Manchin of West Virginia. Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.), who is running for president, missed the vote. Click here to see the official vote. Joe Biden nominated Nusrat Jahan Choudhury as a US District Court Judge on January 19, 2022. Muslims across the United States celebrated President Joe Biden’s judicial nomination of Nusrat Choudhury, who, if confirmed by the Senate, would have been the first Muslim woman to be appointed as a US federal judge. Choudhury, a Bangladeshi American is the legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Illinois. Before that she was the deputy director of the national ACLU’s racial justice programme. Florida Family Association sent out two email alerts starting on February 13, 2022 to encourage people to send emails to urge the members of the United States Senate Judiciary Committee to oppose Choudhury’s nomination. On May 26, 2022 Congress.gov reported “Committee on the Judiciary. Ordered to be reported favorably. Reported by Senator Durbin, Committee on the Judiciary, without printed report. Placed on Senate Executive Calendar. Calendar No. 970.” Florida Family Association sent out three more email alerts up until November 2022 which encouraged people to send emails to urge all 100 United States Senators to oppose the nomination of anti-public safety Muslim activist Nusrat Choudhury. Nearly 14,000 emails were sent to all 100 United States Senators. On January 3, 2023 Congress.gov reported Choudhury’s nomination was “Returned to the President under the provisions of Senate Rule XXXI, paragraph 6 of the Standing Rules of the Senate.” The Democrats finally got their way to approve this radical Islamist judge. |
