IRS Success Story
I understand what you are going through. I have seen this coming for 25 years or more—
and know that it will not subside until this country has either sunken to a communist
state or our government is overthrown. This is why I have moved out of the San Francisco
Bay area to a rural, know-your-neighbor community. I bankrolled this move by
finding a way to legally stop paying income taxes for the last 10 years of my employment. That
amounted to nearly $380,000 in extra income.The IRS is a service-contract corporation and has to
abide by UCC-1 when demanding payment. Just like a property tax bill—with date
and time, authority to bill and other provisions. My “Demand for billing or forever hold your
peace” letter has not been answered for over 30 years. Never heard from the state franchise
tax board either. (California law has an interesting provision that declares “if no
federal tax owed then no state tax either.”) It took years of reading law books and sleepless
