Doctor has been testing all vaxxed patients for microscopic blood clots. The vaxxed are actually going to die guy. It isn’t conspiracy
He was seeing many, many of his vaxxed patients showing bad side effects, major fatigue, non stop headaches, heart issues. He knew symptoms were all symptoms of blood clotting.
He ran a test on all of his vaxxed patients and found that 62% were positive for microscopic blood clotting, and found that only 25% of the vaxx was staying in the shoulder muscle, as the WHO and CDC are telling the public that 100% stays jn the shoulder. The other 75% of the rna shot is being deposited throughout the body and creating massive amounts of spike proteins, which are causing micro clots in the blood vessels of the lungs, heart and brain. These injuries are building over time and will never heal. He estimates most of the patients with these issues will die within three years.
Keep in mind, all bodies are different. 62% are already showing the clotting damage. The rest of these vaxxed people will manifest the same damage over time and it will eventually be apparent.

Since this mass distribution to the general public is actually experimental as well, there might be different substances in each lot-type of doses. Because at the same time, I know plenty of vaxxed people that are perfectly fine and act like nothin is goin’ on.
Really, if I were to plan a slow genocide over a span of years or decades, I would also make it so that some would be affected by the vax and a lot wouldn’t and do that by creating different versions of the vax to distribute each year. That way, there would always be a majority of the general public that would say “nothing happened to me, prove it that the vax is killing people”. The scamdemic is one big lie and hoax, so I can make the assumption that Pfizer or Moderna distribute many different types of vaxx jabs full of lies & hoaxes. And it might be as simple as distributing saline solution. Of course they’re going to have more sophistication built into their agenda & vax program to also make it look not as suspicious. One version of the jab might be meant to cause sterility. But one version wouldn’t, so that when someone claims the jab made them sterile, another general public idiot will say “i got the jab a year ago and just had a kid, it didn’t affect me, so you must be a nutty trump voting conspiracy theorist”.
Eventually years later, down the road, your number comes up and you end up receiving the ‘death’ version of the jab during one of your yearly booster shots.
