Lebron James criticized Houston Rockets general manager Daryl Morey who spoke out in favor of the right of the citizens in Hong Kong against the tyranny of communist China. Why? Well, his most profitable sponsor, Nike, has their shoes made by slave labor in communist China. That’s why.
“So many people could have been harmed not only financially, physically, emotionally, spiritually,” James said Monday. “So just be careful what we tweet and say and we do, even though, yes, we do have freedom of speech, but there can be a lot of negative that comes with that, too.”
