Joe Biden talks tough about Russia, but when he was in office he tried to work with Vladimir Putin personally to promote the Kremlin’s interests…and even offered Putin $12 billion in “hard currency.”

Biden tried to bribe Putin. And when that didn’t work, he went all-out to angle his way into a special two-man “commission” with the Russian president.

Strobe Talbott is the definition of a Clinton insider. He was Bill Clinton’s college roommate, and Bill put him in as the number two man at the State Department, in charge of its Russia desk. Talbott is also a globalist who believes “nationhood as we know it” is “obsolete” and should be replaced by a world government.

When Hillary Clinton became Secretary of State, Talbott e-mailed her about a conversation he’d had with then-Vice President Joe Biden… and an idea Biden pitched to him.

“The VP told me on the margins of the big ceremony at State that he was thinking seriously about a Biden-Putin Commission,” Talbott wrote to Hillary.

He wasn’t even the only member of the Deep State trying to help Biden make it happen.

So was Sandy Berger, National Security Advisor for Bill Clinton who eventually got busted stealing documents from the National Archives to cover up Bill’s record on terrorism.

“I think your idea of establishing a Biden-Putin Commission … to coordinate and drive the US-Russian relationship has a lot of merit,” Berger e-mailed Hillary.

A one-on-one relationship with Biden and the Russian president “elevates the relationship” with Russia, he said.

Biden would wheel and deal with Putin, and make national security “trade-offs that can produce a larger bargain.”

Berger hoped Biden’s backroom dealing would end in America’s total “disarmament.” Luckily, the commission never came about.

Hillary’s cronies sent both messages to her Blackberry, but a Freedom of Information Act request brought their records…and Biden’s secret…out of the dark.

It didn’t take a federal lawsuit to find out about the other scandal—Biden’s bribe. Uncle Joe blurted it out himself in the middle of a speech!

Biden blabbed about trying to work out “a little deal with the Russians” to a black-tie event at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library in July 2004.

He said he met Putin face to face and tried to make him an offer he couldn’t refuse: If he’d back the Iraq War, Biden would give Putin $12 billion, no questions asked.

Biden tracked Putin down and asked him: “What if, in fact, President Bush would agree that the first proceeds coming from Iraqi oil would pay off the roughly $12 billion owed, by direct hard currency that the Russians needed?”

“The Russians would be the first among equals,” promised Biden, who was the highest-ranking Democrat on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee at the time.

Putin said he would consider it, and Biden tried to get then-President George W. Bush to pony up the oil money…but Bush’s advisors just let the message drop.

A year later, Biden was still angry that Bush didn’t let Putin steal Iraq’s oil.

“Their entire defense budget is less than $9 billion a year. Having $12 billion in hard currency and $32 billion in prospective contracts is a big deal,” Biden said.

“Just imagine what we might have been able to do,” Biden said.

Just imagine what Putin might have been able to do with $12 billion! He could have really tried to swing the U.S. elections, or destroyed Ukraine—all with Biden’s bucks!

Even though Joe Biden tried twice to hand Putin money hand-over-fist, Biden bashes President Donald Trump over make-believe ties to Russia.

When Biden heard about the phony Russian dossier in 2017, he said, “If this is true, it’s treason.”  

He even blamed Trump for alleged Russian interference that happened when Obama was president!

“Putin is trying to undo our elections,” Biden told CNN’s Chris Cuomo in July. “You think that would have happened on my watch or Barack’s watch?”

“I promise you it wouldn’t have, and it didn’t,” Sleepy Joe said.

Who does he think was in office in 2016?! Then again, Joe thinks he was vice president and met with teenagers after the Parkland High shooting.

One thing’s sure: No one with a record of trying to bribe dictators has any business criticizing Donald Trump — or replacing him as president.
