Rudy and Erin Davis of Texas established the YearOfJubile.com website a coupla’ years ago to publicize the stories of innocent, over-sentenced and/or political prisoners who were framed and have harmed no one. We send a few books each month and get back gushing letters of thanks that makes us realize how lonesome these people are and how much they appreciate letters. We urge our readers to adopt a pen pal or two from this list below.
We have created a free resource library on many political prisoners. We ask that you look into these men and women and decide for yourself if they should be in prison. We believe we have a massive problem with the criminal justice system in this country. We encourage all questions about any prisoner. Our God is a God of justice.

-) Lonnie Vernon has been severely attacked and beaten by his cellmate but he is recovering by the grace of God. Please keep both Lonnie and Karen in your prayers. Please write an encouraging letter to both Lonnie and Karen Vernon as both were entrapped by the FBI. The FBI also targeted and entrapped Lonnie’s dear wife Karen.
-) The Davis Supreme Court decision is expected to set several prisoners free within the next few months. Please keep this important item in your prayers and before the throne room of God.

+) This Wednesday will be 31 days since DAVIS. If the 1st Circuit has not granted permission for us to take another appeal by then I believe a phone call barrage to the court can’t hurt to try and move ’em along. Their phone number is 617-748-9026. The message should be spoken in a polite manner and should go something like this: I have a loved one in prison who is entitled to immediate release pursuant to the Supreme Court’s DAVIS decision. But, to start the process we been waiting a long time for the 1st Circuit to GRANT permission to proceed to the District Court. 28 U.S.C. 2244(b)(3)(D) gives the court 30 days to decide whether or not to grant the permission. We been waiting longer than the law allows. Every day that the court does not act my loved one rots in prison when he should be free as a matter of law. This is an injustice. I respectfully ask the 1st Circuit to fulfill its duty and decide the permission question immediately. Thank you. Maybe you can send this around to get as many people to call the court as possible.
-) Warden B. True and Warden J.W. Cox at both CMUs in Marion, IL. and Terre Haute, IN. have blocked me and my wife from communicating with any prisoner at either of these two illegal hellhole prisons. This prevents us from advocating as effectively for David Hinkson, Schaeffer Cox, Martin Gottesfeld, Kurt Johnson, and Rex Russell Landers. They even created a false write-up claiming David Hinkson and I were working to defraud people. Mr. R. Blythe and J. Duncan are paid professional liars and sociopaths. These people who run and manage and work in these two secret CMU prisons are children of the devil where torture, murder, and cover-ups are commonplace. The FBI, DOJ and BOP knows exactly what is going on and refuses to correct the situation. Books, prison letters and all forms of communications are constantly being rejected from this ministry to prisoners. Our videos are shadow banned, deleted and censored. The devils do not want us to communicate with prisoners and will use any vague policy they can cite or outright lies to stop books, letters, phone calls and emails. For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.
+) YouTube censors have issued a warning and deleted a 5-year-old video for hate speech on our LoneStar1776 YouTube channel. Click HERE for the report on this. YouTube has become an enemy of biblical Christian values and they do not allow free speech and criticism of Islam or Judaism of sodomites. A pattern of deleting videos and channels that do not promote the establishment has been seen on YouTube. Alternative social media sites like vk.com and bitchute.com are being investigated. YouTube has sold its soul to Satan.
-) Political prisoner, Francis Schaeffer Cox, sent a letter describing what he witnessed. Cox wrote, “the Muslims over here put a hit out on all the Christians in the unit. My good friend was taken hostage, his hands were tied behind his back, he was stabbed in the heart, then his head was sawed off with a wire while he was still alive. Getting his head all the way off was harder than expected, so once he was dead, the job was left unfinished and the next victim was attacked. He got stabbed 12 times before another Christian man could get to him and block the Jihadi. If we hadn’t circled the wagons and stopped the killing like we did, I’d have been next, along with two other friends of mine.” Cox was sent to “the hole” after leaking this information to his attorney. The new warden JW Cox at this hellhole illegal prison continues to block all our communications to all prisoners at Terre Haute, Indiana.
-) David Woods of YouTube wrote up a good document in PDF format which can be used to mail into prisoners to help stop the Muslim “radicalize and release” program. This document discusses some important aspects of Muhammed and the Quran that all prisoners should know about before converting to Islam. Schaeffer is to be re-sentenced on November 4th in Tacoma, Washington assuming they do not change the date.
-) Martin Gottesfeld is in Schaeffer’s prison as a human rights activist. His website is FreeMartyG.com. Martin has been thrown in the hole for trying to help Schaeffer with legal work and reporting on the murder of Robert David Neal. Martin Gottesfeld has connections with Infowars, Huffington Post and Rolling Stone Magazine.
+) David Hinkson has been moved to the same hellhole prison as Schaeffer Cox in the CMU in Terre Haute, Indiana where we have been banned from communicating to David and others located there. A very evil and wicked man named R. Blythe with CTU (Counter Terrorism Unit) orchestrated this illegal move on a false incident report with an evil racist guard named J. Duncan claiming David and I were planning to defraud people. They will be held accountable for their lies by God Almighty. Please write to David Hinkson. I refer to David Hinkson as America’s most provably innocent political prisoner. He got 43 years on the testimony of one provable valor thief and child molesting liar named Elven Joe Swisher. Investigations into recently released affidavits are ongoing. -) Russell Landers has been in prison 23 years as an innocent man. Check out his webpage on YearOfJubile.com/russell. Russell is part of the Montana Freeman and there is no victim in Russell’s alleged “crime” in which he has been sentenced 44 years.
-) Jeffrey Weinhaus was shot twice in the head and twice through the chest at point blank range with 40 caliber hollow point bullets. Sgt. Henry Folsom with the MSHP attempted to murder Jeffrey that day. Scott Merten’s who also shot at Jeff that day got promoted within the MSHP. God saved Jeffrey’s life that day. The warden of Jeffrey’s prison is also a Baptist preacher named Stanley Payne and is a very wicked man who punishes Jeffrey for no reason and kicks people out of his church if they support Jeffrey. There is a chance Jeffrey may be moved back to the part of the prison where he can give his 15 minute daily sermons again.
-) Liberty Activist Joshua Martinez has been targeted and incarcerated in a Nevada maximum security prison for his political beliefs. The evil lady judge Ann Ellsworth could not understand Joshua and discussed ordering a mental evaluation. Please consider writing Joshua an encouraging letter. -) Free Lazor has been in prison longer than any other prisoner on our website. Free has been incarcerated 36 years for a self-defense shooting after a man broke down his door and came after him with a meat cleaver. Free Lazor has been a targeted Christian man during his incarceration. To understand this better, please see the Standford Prison Experiment documentary. Ken Masat is attempting to raise funds for Free Lazor. Free Lazor has been in severe pain and fighting health issues and needs your prayers and letters of support. So when cops are attacked by a man with a knife, they get tons of public sympathy and the A-OK to kill the man. Ok, I understand that. The man in the video was shot, gets back up and then still continues to overpower one police officer and the second officer has to shoot him again, likely in the head. But when a Christian man Free PF Lazor is attacked in his own home by a cleaver wielding sodomite, Free Lazor spends 36- years in prison for defending his own life. People have tried to argue that why did Free Lazor have to shoot so many times, but look at the video and you will see what likely happened to Free Lazor in his own home. -) Please write both Yorie Von Kahl and Scott Faul encouraging letters. Scott and Yorie have been in prison for over 36 years as innocent men. Both Yorie and Scott are men of the highest integrity. Please write them encouraging letters. Scott Faul needs to contact any member of his family and he needs our help in reaching out to them in Harvey, ND as Scott needs a visit from someone in his family. I am currently researching the cost to put an advertisement in the Harvey Herald-Press newspaper to get the attention of the local community to reach out to Scott’s family so that someone will go visit Scott Faul who has been in prison since Feb. 14th, 1983. The prison has a policy that you must have known Scott prior to incarceration in order to visit him or be a member of his family. We are having challenges contacting the correct person within the Harvey Herald-Press newspaper.
-) Educate yourself about patriot marine Charles Dyer. The document OPERATION FLOODLIGHT will show the innocence of this man who was targeted because he was a rising political star. Anthony is doing incredible work to expose banking and mortgage fraud and provide solutions to tyranny which is why they have targeted him. Philip was convicted of the heinous crime of driving a converted lesbian to Christianity to the airport to avoid an abusive ex-lover who had intent to harm her biological child. Philip also ran an extremely successful Christian direct mail program and he needed to be silenced.

-) The innocence project has recently picked up Darlie Routier’s case. Texas inmates on Death Row do NOT have access to any phones at all even to call their lawyer. This includes Darlie Routier. Please consider writing her a letter. We videotaped Kristine Bunch speaking at the event. The event was full of wonderful people/activists who support Darlie’s innocence.

Eddie was giving seminars how to deal with the IRS and has now paid a heavy price. Wesley Snipes only got three years but Eddie got 20 years. The prosecutor called Eddie’s case the biggest tax case of the 21st century.

-) Jared Green who supports political prisoners is raising awareness about Texas Death Row inmate Larry Swearingen. Swearingen’s seventh execution date has now been set for August 21, 2019. Jared believes that Larry is innocent. Jared writes “Nine forensic people will testify if given a new trial. Search Dogs had already been within 60 feet of where the body was found. DNA clears Larry and no body sits on the ground in Texas for 3.5 weeks and still looks normal.” I mailed Larry a letter and I encourage you to do the same. -) Mike Parson is now in the hole which means 23 hours in his cell and one hour out for showers and phone calls. Mike is receiving death threats from another prisoner who claims he was sent into the prison to murder Mike. Mike Parsons is fighting for his freedom and his wife’s freedom. Her name is Pat and she is in an Alabama prison and was an electrical engineer for 25 years prior to being entrapped by the FBI. Their website is MikeParsons.org. Mike has been tortured, malnourished and his letters are being intercepted by the mailroom. They put Mike in the same prison as Justin Thao where the Oklahoma prison claims Justin committed suicide by hanging. Justin’s family does not believe it. Check out Justin’s website. This is important because the same jail guards left what looks like a hanging rope in Mike’s jail cell. This was revealed during a live jail video visit. Women have died in Pat’s prison due to neglect and lack of medical treatment. We are concerned for Mike’s safety in Tipton County Jail in Tennessee.
-) Pat Parsons writes “A poor diet and breathing gas fumes have severely affected my mind. There have been various gas leaks. The most major was behind B unit. They worked on it months ago. One of the girls that resides in B has a husband that works for the gas company.
+) Dennis Hicks is on Alabama Death Row for a crime that he maintains his innocence on regarding the murder of Joshua Duncan. I believe him. They setup Dennis because he is a Christian and had previously killed two transgender men who were attempting to rape his nephew which Dennis served 25.5 years for that incident. If you want to know more about Dennis Hicks, please let me know. I believe Dennis deserves your support and encouragement and prayers. In one of Dennis’ latest letters, Dennis writes of horrific torture and abuse by a black guard who eventually lost his job.
-) Patrick Hoffman has been in prison for 32 years as an innocent man. Patrick has a wife named Agnes who loves him dearly. Patrick has recently been reconnected with his son after decades which is a wonderful thing. Praise God. Patrick is being mistreated by the guards because the son of the man who was killed has called the prison as well as other trolls to make false claims against Patrick. They brag about it on social media. We have confirmed that Patrick has been moved back to Walla Walla prison.
-) Gary Michael Northington Needs our prayers as he is fighting health issues. He has recently been sending letters from JPAY which we have placed on his webpage. Please consider writing and encouraging letter to Gary. Gary wrote a book about Satanic Ritual Abuse and Child Sex Auctions titled “The Satanic Deception”. This was prior to John Decamp’s book The Franklin Coverup.

-) Karen Howell was a juvenile when a group of young people murdered the Lillielid family. She did not commit the murder and did not instruct anyone to murder. She was simply there. Yet she was pressured to take a plea deal which offered her LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE. Since she was a juvenile, there was no reason for her to take the plea deal as there was no chance that she could have received the death penalty. I believe Karen was severely over-sentenced for simply being there at the time of the murders.

-) Omar Qazi spent over 4 years awaiting trial. It would be unbelievable if it were not true. He did _not_ waive his right to a speedy trial. His release date is 07/08/2020. Please consider writing Omar an encouraging letter.

+) Prisoner Shawn Christy has been brought to our attention. A free King James Bible was ordered for Shawn from Bible Truth Publishers. Shawn Christy was targeted when he was 17 by Sarah Palin. Recently Shawn got into trouble for trying to get his family’s alley plowed during a snow storm. Shawn’s dad had seizures and Shawn was worried his family wouldn’t be able to get out if they needed to. That got all of them in the middle of corruption with their local and county courts. Shawn’s public pretender is now the DA prosecuting him. There was a bench warrant out for Shawn. They raided his family’s house, damaged the home and killed his cat.
