All of Law Enforcement in Dallas KNEW that some kind of cover up was in the works, when the Secret Service Agents took J.F.K.’s body in a threatening manner, telling everyone in that back hallway, “No Autopsy, will be performed at the Dallas County Forensic Lab; we are taking the President’s body back to Washington, D.C.!”
I watched them [Secret Service Agents] steal J.F.K.’s body, or rather, TAKE his body from us AT GUNPOINT,
when Dallas’ Law Enforcement guarding J.F.K.’s body were in the process of rolling or transferring J.F.K.’s remains from the rear hallway of Parkland Hospital over to the Dallas County Forensic Laboratory, a distance of only 100+ feet, (to the Northwest) from the rear entrance ambulance dock, at Parkland Hospital, to the Dallas County Forensics Lab.
This Group of Parkland Officials and Officers were asked by the Secret Service, “Where are you taking his body?” The Parkland Officials replied saying, “Over to the Forensic Lab for an Autopsy.” [State Law In Texas, basically states that, “If a person dies alone, under suspicious circumstances or from a violent death; then an Autopsy must be performed in that County or the closest County providing same.”]
Secret Service Agents then spoke up and proclaimed, “That’s NOT HAPPENING! We are taking charge of the President’s Body!” [AT WHICH TIME, the Agents let it be known to everyone present that their weapons (motioning under their suit coats,) “trumped” any local Officers or Deputies, present, who might challenge them, and with that the Secret Service then took possession and began pushing J.F.K.’s body out thru the rear doors of the back entrance to Parkland Hospital, to a waiting vehicle. Ironically, these were the same doors that the President and Jackie, had come through, not too long before.
This happened just after three Secret Service Agents were coming down the back stairs of the 2nd floor to the bottom floor leading to the ER. One of the Agents saw me standing at the foot of the stairs. As they were running down the stairs, one Agent asked me, “Do you know where President Johnson is?” I responded, “Yes, I do.., I just heard over a Police Car Radio parked outside; it was Chief Curry, I believe, telling Sheriff Decker, that L.B.J. is in a vehicle, being escorted to the Love Field Airport.” When I told them this, all three of these Secret Service Agents seemed to stop on the stairwell, lean against the wall and exhale a sigh of relief. I guess in knowing L.B.J. was in the hands of other Agents and in route to Air Force One. As they caught their breaths on that stairwell, I saw one of the agents use his fingers to wipe tears, falling from his face. They took a few breaths and then proceeded to the bottom of the stairs and out the rear entrance of Parkland Hospital.
