Steve Stockman’s Abuse and Jailing

Now that Mueller’s mob of lawyers has unintentionally exposed not Trump but the festering pustules of corruption at the DOJ, it’s time for Trump to clean out the politically driven operatives at the DOJ & FBI. Our courts are used by a cabal of leftist prosecutors to undermine the nation and our political system. It’s time to expose their tactics and goals by fulfilling the other 2016 promise Trump made which was to investigate the corruption.

Only two chants demanded action from Trump supporters “build the wall” and “lock her up.” Trump is the chief of law enforcement, and he needs to keep the promise. An independent investigation of the DOJ that has the same budget and authority as Mueller’s is badly needed. For decades the left/socialist used the legal system to prosecute political opponents in such countries as Cuba, China, Soviet Union/Russia and North Korea. Now in America the left/socialist used some of the same tactics to go after their political opponents.

DOJ leftists are about winning, not seeking truth. The abuse has come into sharp focus with the shocking March 2019 release of DOJ’s Lisa Page’s testimony before Congressional closed door hearings. Explosive testimony exposed corruption at DOJ that is even broader and deeper than first revealed. In fact, over the last 26 months, 28 DOJ officials thus far have been fired or quit – due in large measure for improper abuse of power for going after Obama/Clinton’s political opponents.

The following case study illuminates the total abuse of power against conservative Congressman Steve Stockman. The DOJ hunt of Congressman Stockman took twice as long as Mueller’s rogue investigation of President Trump. Mark Steyn pointed out on March 4th that any DOJ investigation longer than two years is fraudulent.

Pointedly, Stockman’s case revolves around two conservative non-profits, two donors and only four donor checks. None of the donors ever complained to the government or to the two non-profits. FBI went to the donors & pressured them to “comply.” Under oath the FBI testified that the same month July 2014, Stockman appeared on Fox the FBI was directed to investigate. At the request of the DOJ the judge blocked mentioning the nexus of the two actions.

People may have forgotten (because the press buried it) that Stockman exposed Sec. Hillary’s involvement in selling dual-use steel to Iran for the potential production of nuclear weapons. The specialized steel can be used in making enriched platinum, which violates Iran sanctions and jeopardizes our nation’s security (as reported in both NYTimes and Newsweek Think about this. Understand what it means. Read it twice – let it soak in. That’s called TREASON, and if Trump did it, it would be on the front page of NYTimes. Because Hillary is a Clinton doesn’t change the fact it is still treason. But the Clintons & liberal Democrats get a pass from any investigation. Legal/press/political systems all look the other way. Two tier justice system.

Victims of Clinton’s crimes are blamed and pursued. Pretty clear the Clinton’s history and method of operation: Target, Isolate and Destroy. I also exposed President Obama’s crime: giving funds to known terrorist organization – for traitor Bergdohl,” Stockman stated.

Take a closer look at DOJ actions of Obama’s past and current holdovers at the DOJ, who received more charges & request for more prison time:

1. A) The person who was convicted as an international drug dealer and mass murder “El Chapo” OR
2. The whistle blowing Congressman who exposed Hillary’s crime of selling steel to make weapons of mass destruction to kill millions of Americans.

If you guessed El Chapo, the mass murdering international drug dealer – well, you would be wrong. El Chapo was charged with 17 counts. Whistle blowing Congressman was charged with 27 counts. It’s a bigger crime to expose Hillary then to be an international drug dealer and murderer. Eric Holder’s DOJ holdovers asked for an outrageous 283 years for Congressman Stockman. Remember Hillary was declared NOT guilty by Clinton supporter & FBI head Mr. Comey on July 5, 2016, listing a whole host of crimes she committed. Remember anyone who exposes Hillary or Obama becomes a target.

Pleadings by Stockman’s defense attorney pointed out that over the last decade that the average time served for Stockman’s alleged “crime” is usually 18 months. (Not 283 years) The judge (reportedly friends with the Texas Senator Congressman Stockman ran against) gave the congressman over 6 times as much time as the recommended 18 months – giving the 62-year-old Congressman a decade in prison. Notably, “El Chapo” will serve more time but not for lack of effort by the DOJ lawyers to keep Stockman in prison for life.

Another quiz: who got more time under Obama’s DOJ.

1. A) The man who sold communist China top secret plans to the most advanced US military jet fighter in the world, the F-22 — a plane that cost billions of dollars to develop and is capable of killing most of our current American pilots if produced and used by a hostile country? (The thief/traitor also sold the stolen plans to our military transport C17 to the murderous communist government. Reportedly China is now making more F-22 Chinese versions then America) OR
2. The Congressman who exposed Obama’s treasonous action of giving millions of dollars to an al Qaeda affiliated terrorist network located in Afghanistan and Pakistan called the Haqqini terrorist network for American traitor Bergdohl.

If you thought that the traitor who sold stolen plans of the F-22 & C17 to Communist China of our nation’s top military planes that would endanger the very survival of our nation would have gotten more time, you would be wrong again.

The traitor who sold our secrets to the Chinese served less than 24 months while whistleblower Congressman received the retribution of Obama’s DOJ of ten years in prison. This is the same Obama-Clinton government who blamed an innocent Baptist preacher in Los Angles for Benghazi and locked him up without charging him. Later the pastor had to take sanctuary in a friendly church fearing for his life.

This is the same Obama DOJ who spent less than a few weeks examining Clinton’s classified emails and multi-million dollar scam of non-profits but spent 4.5 years, 4 grand juries, millions of dollars and 21,000 man hours to investigate 4 checks, 2 donors & 2 non-profits.

“I am innocent of any crime, but that has never stop Obama’s DOJ,” Stockman stated. He turned on the light exposing their crimes. Their retribution: arrest & convict the man who had the courage to step up, fight & point out the corruption of Obama, Clinton, Lerner & Holder.  Two tier justices system: Hillary was found INNOCENT before DOJ investigation vs. Congressman Stockman found GUILTY before DOJ investigation began.

Remember this “crime” involved only 4 checks, 2 donors and 2 non-profits. None of the donors complained to the DOJ or to the non-profits. So much manpower and money went into getting witnesses to testify “right.” It’s what they tried to do to Trump – create and construct a made-up theory. Then press the narrative. Find people who are afraid of the threats from the FBI to promote that false narrative. They tried this with Jerry Corsi & Roger Stone but thankfully failed.

One key FBI witness Mr. Wetmore who testified during the trial stated afterwards, “. . . this trial was a sham, Soviet style show trial. Stockman is innocent and yet no one seems to care.” So perilous were the threats by the FBI against their own witness Mr. Wetmore, he documented a DOJ official calling CPS threatening his family and livelihood to pressure him to testify the way they wanted. Mr. Wetmore & James O’Keefe worked as undercover journalist for over 10 years. DOJ wanted Mr. Wetmore to change his testimony to say he ran a “spy network” for Stockman (you know, like the real one Hillary ran) And now, today they are going after Mr. Wetmore – retribution for not properly participating.

The leopard never changes its spots — whether it be a Baptist preacher, women raped by Bill, President Trump or political opponents – Clintons always blame their victims often accusing them of the very crime that they committed themselves. Even today it’s clear that Hillary’s campaign paid Russian and Ukraine operatives to create campaign dirt on then candidate Trump. Clinton and Obama abused and used the DOJ for political gain & retribution. The young Hillary got fired from the Nixon Watergate investigation for being dishonest – she has not changed her spots.

Anatomy of false conviction – case study of a cancerous DOJ

1. A) Eric Holder’s henchmen used credit card statements 2-4 years BEFORE the donations were made to show how the conservative congressman spent money. Oddly, FBI even pointed out during trial that he went to Wendy’s.
2. Recent audit of the non-profit expenses from the major donor of $800,000 of the $915,000 charged showed that the Congressman did not put any money in his own coffers. The DOJ worked around this fact by simply declaring that the money was spent as promised – a newspaper reprinted public information without express advocacy and a book (calling on Jews to support Republicans) was “personal use”.
3. C) Savings account created by Wells Fargo was never used or opened by Stockman. DOJ charged that the savings account was “wire fraud and money laundering” Obama’s DOJ asked for 40 years – yes, for a savings account not even opened by Stockman – not a dime was ever spent from the savings account. Noteworthy: Wells Fargo also gave a credit card the Congressman never asked for or used. (Wells Fargo CEO admitting to opening millions of accounts without permission in order to make big profits at the expense of the customers – CBS news March 2019.)
4. D) Obama’s DOJ charged 20 years for the email: “Tell him I am polling second and I will be in a run-off if everything stays the same.” Asking how Stockman’s election was going – a truthful statement that was public information – 20 years.
5. E) Another bogus act: DOJ found an “expert” of Stockman’s award winning intern program. The DOJ’s witness spent only 12 hours in Stockman office. The “expert” falsely claimed that interns only did fundraising. Hard to do when as many as half the interns were deaf. So impressed was Guilate that they gave Stockman an award for his recruitment and treatment of his deaf interns. Guilate is the oldest college for the deaf founded by Abraham Lincoln.
6. F) DOJ was willing to break the law to taint the jury by releasing seal indictment to a NBC affiliate.

Stockman carried out his commitment to educate young people and show compassion. His love for the disadvantaged and the young was borne out when he recruited a record number of handicapped. His action spoke louder than any words. He had interns from all faiths and walks of life: Muslims, Jews, Christians, atheist, Hindus, blind, deaf and Down Syndrome, going so far as to print brail congressional cards for the blind. His interns spoke 28 different languages from 31 countries. Stockman’s award winning intern program had one third of ALL interns in Congress.

Moral of the Narrative

Five teenagers watched laughed as Jamal Dunn drowned screaming and pleading for help. Instead of lending a hand they only mocked and ridiculed him. They continued to laugh and taking cell phone video as he slipped below the water gasping his last breath. Jamal died because of lack of any empathy and inaction. The public was shocked and outraged as they should be. How is it different to be silent in the face of abuse of power by the DOJ?  It was clear abuse of power, retribution and prosecution of whistleblowers and political opponents. When the public says nothing, the abuses will continue.

Warning to heed: What message do we send to other Congressman when we ask them to be brave, stand up and take on those who are corrupt then run when the tip of the spear is attacked by those very same corrupt officials? Left alone, the abuses by the DOJ will bloom and expand. Soon prosecution of Christians and other politically incorrect citizens will be pursued under the guise stamping out intolerance. Silence in the face of abuse is to facilitate more abuses. Next your grandchildren or you could be their next victim. Don’t stand still and watch the drowning – lend a hand. Take action.
