The Forest Park murders in Portland, Oregon in 1999 where masterminded by some members of the NW Alano Club on 24th and Kearney St. in Portland, Oregon. They are still free and have not been brought up for charges at this time.
I was taken to the psych ward the morning before sending out this message to Sacramento bands on August 22nd 2018. I had sent it to all of the Lake County Government employees in Florida on August 20th, 2018, I sent it to President Trump and all his cabinet members.
Lots of people were murdered in Sacramento as a result of my situation during the years 1987 and 1988. My father lives in the San Francisco bay area which is in his back yard. He a mastermind of murders for the Family. He was also a nuclear physicist at the Livermore Laurence National Laboratory as a result of his work he had a very high security clearance.
People with these security clearances, the government knows what they are doing and therefore must have approved of it. He retired in the eighties to become a consultant in the Star Wars Program during the Reagan administration. The government must have known he was involved in these murders and did nothing.
There was another person who was connected to the Sacramento Murders named Frank Topping. Frank like my father didn’t usually get his hands dirty but arranged things. What needs to be arranged? Coroner’s reports, police officer’s interactions and of course the murders themselves. These actions can’t be coordinated by someone with dirty hands if they expect to get away with it. They make them look like medical problems, accidents and drug overdoses is generally how they get away with it and a lot of system support. There is statistically too many people I have been connected to who have died untimely death for them not to be murdered and statistics don’t lie.

I’m sure they’ll be happy to share everything they know with you. Also there was a situation I was part of that Heart was involved in that involved murder. I don’t really want to talk about the specifics except to say it happened. My band’s mates and band mates from two other bands and the secretary of Bad Animal Studio’s where murdered as a result of a situation that happened around 1993. Heart and Steve Lawson owned the studio at the time.
I have good reason to believe Michael Jackson was murdered along with other stars such as Chris Cornell of Sound Garden. Michael Jackson was never involved in my situation but due to his circumstances of his life and around his death, it definitely looks very likely that that is what happened. Chris Cornell was involved in my situation along with my friend Matt who played for a band called Foil and now they are both dead. This was around 1993 shortly after the situation with Heart that lead to the murders of my band mates.
Ronnie Gardener sexually assaulted me at nine years old in Pleasanton, California following orders of my father John Huebel who had it done for the Family. An attempt was made in Denver, Colorado when I was eleven. Again I was molested in Orlando, Florida when I was thirteen.
After I moved to Boulder, Colorado after 1977 it started happening regularly after I was removed from my home as a result of an arrest for drugs that turned out to be entrapment. I was placed in Pine Street Attention home and the Molestation started up again. I now
believe that’s why they wanted me out of my mother’s home. It certainly looks that way. One of the offenders was a school teacher in Boulder. He was particularly traumatic for me. What I remember about him was and I absolutely hated him. The other offender who I
remember the most has also molested hundreds of other children in the Boulder area and his name was Steve Miles. He’s still in Boulder.
William S. Burroughs, author of Naked Lunch came to Steve and made an arrangement with him. I understand the deal was molest me and get me on hard drugs and Steve Miles could then molest all the kids he wanted to which he has certainly taken advantage of the negotiation. Around 1992, he was busted for Child Pornography and the police let him go.
They had what they needed to put Steve Miles away for the rest of his life. I guess his arrangement with William S. Burroughs came into effect and he was given a pass and went on to molest hundreds of more boys from Boulder and Fairview High schools. I suspect Steve Miles may have murdered his mother Mary Miles. He was also connected to
another of my abusers whom he introduced me to who was later murdered and was connected to scores of other people I knew. The person Steve may have murdered was named Randy who was also one of my abusers. Steve would be dead if he wasn’t involved in murders. That’s the way it works. Not that it is relevant but Steve worked for RCA records as a photographer. I suspect that he lost this cushy job as a result of his propensity for children. They couldn’t afford press related to that of a photographer that worked for them. I don’t believe they cared beyond that because he was allowed to go on to molest some 700
children including me as I understand it. He lost the job before I met him. I was one of those kids as I mentioned previously. I understand he’s a very good photographer. Ask the kids he photographed before he was arrested for child pornography in 1992. All kidding aside he
snuck a camera into the Stones concert in 1980, and I was really impressed with his work so it wasn’t a proficiency issue, and I don’t think he quit either.
In 2016 I was in the Boulder Community Hospital on Arapahoe and a nurse tried giving me some sort of drug to get me into a sexual situation to make false allegations of sexual assault. Also in 2016 I was in Lakewood Washington at a hospital called St Joseph. There was an Asian nurse in her mid to late forties there and they gave me a shot of testosterone. They removed my condoms from my jacket and the nurse intended to have sex with me when the testosterone took effect to make false allegations of rape. I left before the testosterone took effect.
In 1982 I saw Ozzy Osborne at the CU Events Center in Boulder, Colorado which featured Randy Rhoads. I saw that concert and without exception he was the best guitar player I’ve ever seen in fact I’ve never seen another guitarist as good as Randy Rhoads was. About three weeks later on March 18, 1982 he died in an airplane accident in Leesburg, Florida
along with the hair dresser for the band and the pilot. Turns out it was murder. Ozzy Osborne and his wife Sharon where involved. So was my father. He’s a Pilate himself and I’m pretty certain he’s the one who planned the details of this tragic murder of an extremely talented individual. For an example of his playing go to

This crime needs to be solved. They had the twisted idea that if I saw this guitar player and he died a tragic death a few weeks later that would somehow get the music idea out of my head which it did not. In fact he became a major influence in my style and I have a lead style that clearly shows I was influenced musically by this individual. What was in it for Ozzy Osbourne? Well Randy Rhoads was about to leave the band and go to school for classical music. I’m not sure what happened but I suspect there was bad blood between Ozzy Osbourne and this guitar player and he decided to do something else. Ozzy Osbourne was no longer with Black Sabbath. It appears they didn’t want him for some reason so he was trying to make it on his own. No question he would have without the murder but as a result of this horrible crime the two albums he had produced with Randy Rhoads increased in sales and he created tribute products. Seems he had the recordings for this prior to the murder. This makes me seriously wonder how long before the crime happened it was planned out.
Turns out Randy Rhoads had a sexual encounter with Sharon Osbourne and Ozzy knew about it before this happened. Sharon wanted to keep the peace with Ozzy and Ozzy was jealous. I’m pretty sure that’s a huge part of the motive. I believe Ozzy threw the switch from the bus. He was tracking the plane. Said he was asleep as an alibi.
The situation with me has been going on for many years and Boulder has had a huge part in it all. I can trace it all the way back to Sacramento, California when I was eight years old in 1970.
You should be aware of this situation as a lot of people involved in the Boulder County Government are involved and have criminal cases put together against them and are soon to be arrested. Brad King, the district attorney for Lake County FL, has been made aware of the fact that my father John Huebel and Ozzy Osborne are responsible for the murder of Randy Rhoads, and it is now the responsibility of Brad King to see to it that charges against them and others involved are filed in their courts. I’ve attached you’ll see everyone on the list in Lake County who will get a copy of this email. I have sent this to all the cabinet members of the President Trump administration including the President himself. I’ve sent this basic information to everyone on the email list I’ve included so the entire music industry at this point in the United States and Europe should be aware of the murder by now.
This puts the government in a very bad position. They can either charge Ozzy Osbourne and my father John Gilbert Huebel as well as everyone else involved with the murder of Randy Rhoads and deal with the international media exposing the fact that the Family had him murdered and the sick reasons for it including the sexual abuse I was subjected to and why or The Lake County Government and Courts and the Federal Government can try and cover it up and get caught in the process. In the end it’s all coming out anyway.
The Family began running sexual entrapment schemes and trying to frame me a lot of this happened in Portland Oregon. In 1999, five girls where raped and murdered to try and frame me. To find out about this Google “Forest Park Murders.” My father was also involved in these murders as well.
I could go on and on about the many attempts using drugs and other means trying to entrap and frame me for sexual assault. The history literally spans decades.
My sister Margret Williams was murdered in 1996 by them in Spokane, Washington. I would talk about the motive for her murder but its too twisted for me to want to go into, ask my father, he’ll tell you all about it He’s the sick son of a bitch who did it and murdered her to
cover it up. I will say that my sister Simone was murdered in 2004 for very similar reasons. Again my father was involved in these crimes.
My friend Mary Weise was murdered in Boulder, Colorado on June 10th, the year was 2002 for filing a corroborating report to my report about the stalking as it was going on in Colorado. The overall issue was treason. It’s discussed in my treason affidavit I’ve sent along with this email. The family was involved though I didn’t know it at the time. Our house was bugged so they knew everything going on in there. In 2004, my sister Simone was murdered in Spokane, Washington by the family. My nephew was murdered in Spokane, Washington. It was in 2004 because I was offered a 3.2 million dollar bribe by Dr. James Dobson, and I refused it because I suspected then which I know now that Mary had been murdered over this. I have later found out that there are hundreds of people who have been murdered over the situation. Most of the murders happened after the Period of activity in 2004 in Portland, Oregon. Unfortunately for my nephew Jonathan-Taylor Huebel, my brother Nathan Huebel actually murdered him and his mother my sister Elizabeth
Branham and his step father Paul Branham were also involved. People who were supposed to love him where involved in his murder because they were paid money for it and given more murder contracts. I put together a 64 page affidavit outlining the case against the case
against the family for treason. I repeatedly tried to get Lt. Larry Graham to file the report and finally sent a notarized copy via registered mail and he filed it but when I checked later I found that details had been changed and some of the incidences had been taken out
completely. While I was in treatment for substance abuse in June 2014 someone got into my apartment and switched all of my digital copy with the corrupted report. The Family is also guilty of treason, creating and distributing Aids, 911, Oklahoma City bombing, Boston Marathon bombing and Sandy Hook terrorist attacks.
Ozzy Osbourne and my father John Gilbert Huebel need to stand trial for the murder of Randy Rhoads in Leesburg, Florida.
