While Virginia Rep. Bob Goodlatte has now included Attorney Wesley Hoyt on his emailing reports where he enjoys singing the politicians all-time favorite “How Great I Art,” he continues to ignore the dilemma of Hoyt’s client David Hinkson, who languishes in federal prison — convicted of a crime that never happened.
Goodlatte says below that Obama’s unconstitutional immigration policy is a “slap in the face to the American people” while Goodlatte himself slaps us with his lack of courtesy to even respond to the many Americans that have written and phoned with the request that he and the HJC address this miscarriage of justice.
Here Hoyt, more polite than most of us, takes Goodlatte to task again:
Dear Congressman Goodlatte:
I am very glad that you are paying close attention to the usurpation of the Constitution by Obama as it relates to Immigration. Keep up the good work, we need you to protect our rights.
But, the question is: When will you start investigating Judge Richard C. Tallman for high crimes and misdemeanors committed on the record in the David Hinkson case?
David Hinkson is absolutely innocent, he committed no crime. It was all a fiction created by Tallman and his confidential witness that he parlayed with in an illegal ex parte meeting immediately before trial.
Tallman used his office to block the introduction of the Passport as exculpatory evidence proving Hinkson’s innocence; plus, Tallman, with his own lips committed perjury and turned his courtroom into a crime scene.
Its all on the record and I will be happy to show it to you or a member of your staff.
Constitutional rights are Constitutional rights and they were badly violated by Tallman in the Hinkson case (not to mention the crimes committed by the judge-on the record) and you hold the key because his fellow judges on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals refuse to hold him accountable.
Remember, Only You Can Prevent Constitutional Violations by Judge Tallman.
Best regards,
Wes Hoyt
