My name is Jeremy Brown. You may not have heard of my story, but it’s a story EVERY American should know and recent events have helped to break through the controlled media’s information dominance. I’m one of the very few Americans (maybe the last one, by the time you read this) still being held in a Federal Prison as a result of, what you were told was, the “Insurrection that Stormed the US Capital”. This is a LIE. In fact, my entire investigation, arrest, search warrant, trial, conviction and imprisonment are just more parts of that lie. If you ask the Department of Justice (DOJ), they’ll tell you more lies, like “Mr. Brown is in prison because of a case UNRELATED to January 6th, 2021, that stems out of charges in the Middle District of Florida.” This is how a Presidential Pardon Proclamation has been completely ignored in my case. But why?

First, we’ll start with my professional history that led up to January 6th, 2021 and then on to today. I’m a 20 year retired US Army Special Forces Combat Veteran. My entire military career was spent in the Special Operations Community; 3 years with 1st Ranger Battalion and 17 years as a “Green Beret” in the Special Forces Regiment, serving in 3 Operational Groups (1st, 7th and 5th), a year in Special Forces Recruiting (thanks to being the “Special Forces Poster Boy”) and retiring as the Non-Commissioned Officer In-Charge of the Special Activities Branch (J3X) of Special Operations Command – CENTRAL, where I held a TOP SECRET//SCI Clearance. I achieved the rank of Master Sergeant in just 15 years, thus spending a quarter of my career at my highest rank. I served in 17 countries on 5 of the 7 Continents with multiple combat deployments that earned me numerous awards, including 2 Bronze Star Metals. After my retirement from the Army in 2012, I worked as an Instructor and Subject Matter Expert at the Joint Special Operations University, then started my own company, which I successfully ran until 2018 when I closed that business due to a family tragedy; the suicide of my younger brother. In 2019, I announced my candidacy for US Congress in Florida and ran a 10 month campaign. While unsuccessful, it taught me that politics is way worse than you could possibly know. By the time I ended my campaign in March of 2020, COVID hysteria was sweeping the nation, so I focused on taking care of my family.

In the months that followed, I focused like never before on the things I had done my entire adult life; tracking global events and their effects on our Liberty. It is no secret to anyone with my background in Unconventional Warfare, that the American way of life, our Constitutional form of government and our individual Liberties, have been under attack since the ink dried in 1789. President Woodrow Wilson admitted he had destroyed the country as he signed the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. President Dwight D. Eisenhower warned us of the threats to our Liberties that would come from the “Military Industrial Complex” and the “Technological and Scientific Elite” in his farewell address. President John F. Kennedy sought help from a Press Corp that had long since ceased to be the “Free Press” as guaranteed in the 1st Amendment, when he explained “the word ‘secrecy’ should be repugnant in a FREE society” and that the world was run by “Secret Societies” that fight shadow wars, using “covet means” and “infiltration, rather than invasion”. Soon after, he was assassinated. These men were NOT “conspiracy theorist”, they were men of position, power and means and they KNEW then, what so many deny even today; our Liberty and way of life are ALWAYS under attack by an enemy we REFUSE to see, much less CONFRONT! While this Shadow War has raged in America for over 100+ years, there are those of us who are “Specially Selected and Well Trained” to identify it, confront it and defeat it. We are the US Army Special Forces or “Green Berets” and it is no small bit of irony or coincidence that our very existence was officially codified by President John F. Kennedy in the early 1960s.

Throughout the first term of President Donald Trump, this war began to move into its final stages as it became clear, those that ran our Federal government did NOT respect the People, much less their will. Endless attacks, sabotage and subversion riddled an administration that seemed to have no answer or solution to it. Thousands of current and former “Green Berets” should have been able to clearly see what was going on, and I hope to this day, there are those who do and are just doing the things they should. When the 2020 election was blatantly stolen, in plain sight, then bragged about openly without fear, I knew I could no longer sit back and analyze. I had to warn those in most danger; Patriotic Americans.

Like in Martin Neomiers (sp?) classic poem, the Tyrant always starts somewhere. With Hitler, it was with the ‘Communist’, but with this current Domestic Enemy, supported and financed by Foreign Enemies, that beginning was going to be ‘Conservatives’ and those that still believe in Individual Liberty. In Unconventional Warfare, called “Active Measures” by the Soviets and “Unrestricted Warfare” by the Chinese, once you HAVE the power, you use it to wipe out your enemy and any resistance. These are called “Mop Up Operations” and they do just that. This is what Chairman Moa did in China following his assent to power. Once there, he eliminated ALL those he feared may resist. This is how much the current enemy fears you! And Evil’s Playbook always adapts with every lesson it learns. While Hitler burned down the Riecthag and blamed it on his greatest threat, the Communist, our current enemies planned a staged event, “the Storming of the US Capital” and blamed it on THEIR greatest enemy; The American Patriot.

After the 2020 election, I reached out to the Florida Oath Keepers, not to train or lead them, but to warn them. In a days long meeting on November 22nd, 2020, I warned them of what I just explained to you. THEY were about to be targeted for destruction because they stood for everything this enemy hates! Liberty, Freedom, the Constitution and strong neighborhoods that can resist tyranny, the way our Founders intended. That meeting was infiltrated by 2 Spies, or as the FBI calls them, “Confidential Human Sources” (CHS). Two weeks later, two Federal Agents working for the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force came to my home looking for me. Five days later, on December 9th, 2020, I met with them, only to discover they wanted me to be a spy, too. Unfortunately for them, I had read the Bill of Rights numerous times and knew they were breaking it. Oh yeah, did I mention, I recorded that entire meeting. This meeting took place 10 days prior to the announcement of the January 6th Rally by President Trump via his infamous “It’s gonna be WILD!” tweet.

Weeks later, I was present in Washington DC for the January 6th Rally as part of a volunteer security detail with the Oath Keepers, requested by event organizers and tasked to escort VIPs, event speakers and organizers. That morning, I was called again by the same Agent that I had recorded. I told him I was in DC and was busy, but he knew that. As the day unfolded, it was quite the sight to see. From my perspective, on the EAST side of the Capital, things were upbeat and patriotic with singing, praying and chants of “USA! USA!” For the first time in a long time, I was proud of the American People. They had seen injustice and corruption and had had ENOUGH! They showed up and were peacefully letting their voices be heard, just as their President had asked and the 1st Amendment allowed! But little did I know, the WEST side was a violent, tear gas cloud covered and blood splattered mess. But NOT the blood of the Police, as you’ve been told, but of the very People that pay the mortgage on that house! The only injuries I saw that day where to the American People at the hands of their government. People who had walked right into a Riechtag style trap, set for them by Treasonous Enemies in the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, the DOJ, the FBI and let’s NOT forget those in Congress who clutched their pearls (but oddly didn’t evacuate) and played along with the script. While I was “on the ground” that day these things were not clear. But when I returned to my RV that night and saw the news, I knew THIS was the “American Reichtag”.

In the days and weeks that followed, January 6th quickly became the new 9/11 and “Domestic Terrorism” became the new “#1 National Security Threat”. The Oath Keepers and Proud Boys were the new Al Qaeda and ISIS and anyone that bought anything MAGA was placed at the TOP of the FBI’s “MOST WANTED” list. Everyone, that is, except me. Sure, I was important enough that the Washington Post wrote an entire article about ME , just days later, describing me as a “Conspiracy Theorist”, but how did they even know who I was or that I was there? Of course, the FBI and DOJ knew who I was, because they knew I recorded them and knew I was with the very Oath Keepers they began to arrest immediately, because they had CHSes in our meetings to tell them. But surely, the FBI would NEVER leak info to WaPo in hopes of discrediting a potential whistleblower, would they? My Trial Judge assured me, she has NEVER seen that happen in her 40+ year career. So, the Nation wide manhunt was ON, websites were created and the Social Media Snitches were enlisted, 6th Amendment be DAMNED! But I was on NO website. I was on NO “Most Wanted” list. No Agents called to ask me questions. Much like Ray Epps, I ceased to exist.

That is, until March 5th, 2021, when I released a 2 hour long interview exposing my recording and used my 20 years of Special Operations experience, especially in the areas of Covert, Clandestine and Compartmentalized Operations, to explain to YOU what I believed happened that day. While that interview has aged like fine wine, it has also resulted in my targeting, framing, false conviction and now 41+ month imprisonment. When they came after me, 9 months after the fact, with an arrest warrant for merely 2 misdemeanor charges, they also came with an illegal search warrant. During that search they “found” my 2nd Amendment protected firearms and a few other odd things; two M-67 grenades, a classified CD-ROM and what they claim was a classified document. The exact same Agents who recruited me are the ones that put the cuffs on. But, during questioning, what do you think I told them? Did I reveal the Oath Keeper’s Master Plan? Did they ask what I knew about the RNC and DNC “bombs” found on Jan 6th? Did they even ask about Jan 6th at all? NOPE! Because I’ve NEVER once sat in a room across from Agents and NEVER been asked a single question about ANYTHING. Not once.

After my arrest, I was denied bond, held in Maximum Security for the 14 months prior to a trial that took only 5 days. My Attorney NEVER played my recording of the failed recruitment, DOJ DNA forensics and DOD ammunitions tracking showed NO association between me and the grenades and the Jury didn’t believe the CD-ROM story, as there was no record of it ever being seen. They only believed the document that I typed, because it LOOKED like a classified document, because it was a template and my attorney refused to ask the 4 questions that I gave him to prove as much. Despite my Judge acknowledging that in her 40+ year career, that she had NEVER seen a defendant in her courtroom with no criminal background, a 20 year Special Operations career and 3 letters of leniency written by 2 sitting Congressman and one State Representative, much less ALL 3, she promptly sentenced me to 87 months in a Federal Prison!

Today, I sit in the US Penitentiary in Atlanta, instead of being released by the President Trump’s Proclamation, which clearly covers my case. The DOJ claims my case is NOT J6 related, despite their very own words found in the illegal search warrant (57 pages), at trial, in their Appellate response brief and in docket entries (Docket entry 187) in the Oath Keepers’ Founder, Stewart Rhodes’ case, where I was called an “unindicted co-conspirator”, and my evidence was used against him and others. So, it is well documented that my case IS 100% J6 related, according to the DOJ. This is WITHOUT even considering my “retaliation” charges against them. Anyone who looks closely at the totality of all circumstances of all my cases can clearly see the setup. The truth is, I can’t be allowed to be free, because I’m the “Green Beret” that knows too much and has the the recording and professional experience to PROVE IT! If all you have just read makes you unsettled. If it all sounds too crazy or far fetched to be believable, then please ask more questions, look deeper or try to defend the DOJ’s actions.
