Did you hear this crazy story?

It’s out of the state of Washington, which is not the world’s most gun-friendly state.

In short, the state of Washington (like many states) has its computer system that checks the background of a person when buying a firearm at a gun store.

So, when you stroll up to the counter to buy a gun, you hand them your driver’s license and your concealed carry permit (if you have one).

They run it through the system to see if you have a clean background and can legally own a gun.

However…

In the state of Washington, their computer system has been “down” for about two weeks and no gun sales have been allowed.

The state won’t say exactly why it’s down and if it was a hack or what happened.

Here’s all they’ve essentially said…

“We know they have a right to get their background check. We know they have a right to get their firearms. But the bridge is out. That’s the reality. It’s frustrating for the customers, for the dealers and for us.”

How evil genius of a way is that to stop our Second Amendment rights?

Just claim the computer system is down, so people can’t exercise that right.

No doubt that other states are paying attention to this and are taking notes on how to “accidentally” have their systems go down when it’s convenient.

This is one of the many reasons I already own a ton of guns and ammo.

I don’t want to be at the whim of a “computer glitch” when I need a gun.

Just think how horrible it would be if a domestic violence victim went to a gun store to buy a gun to protect herself.

Instead, she was turned away because the system was down and then had something horrible happen to her because she didn’t have a gun for protection.

Golly, sometimes I dislike the government more than others.

I hope Washington state fixes its problem asap. Just imagine if freedom of speech was on hold for two weeks.

Anyways, buy more guns and ammo if you need them…

And make sure you know how to use them… including, how to properly clear your home with them if you ever think there’s an intruder.

During Spy Dangerous, we practice both 1-man room clearing and 2-man room clearing.

We also practice empty-hand and red-marker knife defense.

Tomorrow is the final day to apply for Spy Dangerous, so if you have not taken this training yet, and wish to, full details are below…

Apply here.
