Deep State Caught Setting Up Exercise as Cover to Rig the Election
Recall that on 9/11/2001, when the World Trade Center and the Pentagon were attacked, there were simultaneous military and civilian terror attack exercises being performed on the same day. One exercise was called “Global Guardian,” the United States Strategic Command conducted it in cooperation with Space Command and NORAD. Oddly, there was also another military exercise that day. Vigilant Guardian was a NORAD exercise running in conjunction with Global Guardian. Another strange coincidence was that there was also a National Reconnaissance Office drill conducted on September 11, 2001. That drill involved a simulated attack by an aircraft on a government agency headquarters. To top all of this off, there was a drill scheduled for September 12, 2001, that was to simulate a bioterror attack in New York. When the September 11, 2001, attacks took place, that drill was simply canceled, and the hundreds of personnel brought to town for the drill went to work to address the real ongoing emergency from the 9/11 attacks. One of the New York Piers had already been set up ready for the exercise, and so it was simply repurposed from a drill to handling the actual emergency. For more information about 9/11 read the book, 9/11-Enemies Foreign and Domestic.
Recall also Event 201 on the eve of the COVID-19 Scamdemic. Event 201, was a Global Pandemic Exercise which was held on October 18, 2019. The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, hosted Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise involving a select invitation-only group of almost 130 people, at the luxurious Pierre Hotel in New York, NY. The exercise illustrated areas where public/private partnerships will be necessary to respond to a severe pandemic to diminish large-scale economic and societal consequences.
The event involved a pandemic exercise of a “Coronavirus Acute Pulmonary Syndrome (CAPS).” Notice how similar “Coronavirus Acute Pulmonary Syndrome (CAPS)” is to the real ”Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (SARS-Cov), and SARS-Cov 2 which is alleged to cause the Coronavirus Disease of 2019 (COVID-19). The exercise mentioned the development of a vaccine. The exercise document describing CAPS states that “[t]here is no licensed vaccine for any coronavirus, although some are in development for SARS and MERS.” Other Event 201 materials state that “[t]here is no possibility of a vaccine being available in the first year.” That was precisely what happened with COVID-19. It was not until December 11, 2020 that the first COVID-19 vaccine was given emergency use authorization (EUA).
So you can imagine the suspicion people had when they learned that there was going to be a Homeland Security Critical Infrastructure Conference hosted by the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association International (AFCEA) in Atlanta, Georgia, with a “large-scale cybersecurity exercise” to take place on … wait for it … Election Day, November 5, 2024. Recall what happened during the 2020 presidential election. There is overwhelming and unimpeachable evidence that the 2020 presidential election was rigged.

With the rigging of the 2020 presidential election firmly in mind, consider the odds that a Homeland Security Critical Infrastructure Conference hosted by AFCEA would take place on election day, November 5, 2024. These are government officials who are acutely aware of Election Day. Yet, they purposely set up a “large-scale cybersecurity exercise” on Election Day. That is quite suspicious! Word got out about the questionable conference and Rand Paul took action.
Ranking Member of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, sent a letter to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas requesting additional information regarding DHS’s and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) attendance at a homeland security conference in Atlanta, Georgia and participation in a large-scale cybersecurity exercise on Election Day.
The letter notes over the past several months, foreign adversaries have sought to undermine confidence in our election through a series of cyberattacks aimed at the electoral process. The American public is appropriately concerned with the integrity of our election system. However, rather than monitoring cyberthreats that may occur relative to the election, senior federal officials plan to spend Election Day participating in a four-hour “Critical Infrastructure Tabletop” led by CISA staff, followed by a networking reception.
DHS had no excuse or argument to justify a tabletop cybersecurity exercise on election day, other than to admit it was a cover to conduct an actual cyber attack to rig the election, as they did in 2020. So how did DHS respond? They realized they were found out so they cancelled the conference. The Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association International (AFCEA) conference website now says:
After careful consideration, AFCEA-Atlanta (a chapter of AFCEA International) and its event production partner Federal Business Council (FBC) are postponing the 2024 Homeland Security Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Conference. originally scheduled in Atlanta for November 6-7, 2024, and a pre-conference tabletop exercise during setup on the 5th. A rapid and unanticipated rise in rhetoric and threats stemming from disinformation about the purpose of the event and its proximity to Election Day contributed to the decision to postpone.
